Nexlyx takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place. Your data is never sold.

Recipients and processors

  • Website hosting: Hostinger International Ltd.
  • Form delivery: EmailJS (if enabled), a service that forwards messages to our mailbox.
  • Business email service used to reply to you.

Our hosting provider, Hostinger International Ltd, is established in the European Union (Cyprus). If EmailJS is used to deliver form submissions, this provider may process data outside the European Union (notably in the United States); such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability, as well as the right to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death. To exercise these rights, write to contact@nexlyx.fr; we will reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies and trackers

This website does not use any advertising, social media or audience measurement cookies that require consent. That is why no cookie banner is shown.

  • Fonts are hosted on our own servers (no calls to Google Fonts).
  • Only technical storage that is strictly necessary for the website to work may be used; it is exempt from consent (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act).
  • If audience measurement is added, it will be configured without cookies or in line with the CNIL’s exemption conditions (anonymous data, strictly statistical purpose); otherwise, your consent will be requested beforehand.

Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
